Glossary of Scottish Legal Terms: For public service interpreters

This glossary is a reference tool created specifically for professional public service interpreters, translators, and students. It contains more than 1800 terms across the main legal areas that practising professionals and students are likely to encounter in their activity. It will also be of benefit to those sitting qualifications such as the Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) from the Chartered Institute of Linguists.

Some of the areas covered include: court, police, immigration, family law, drugs, employment law, finance, inheritance, road traffic, property law, etc.
